Terms and Conditions of Service

Weyners Solutions provides bespoke software engineering and web development solutions for local businesses, including brochure sites, e-commerce stores, Stripe payment workflows, and Core Web Vitals speed tuning.

Specific project deliverables, milestones, and asset obligations are confirmed prior to project kickoff.

All estimates, calculator values, and invoices are denominated in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing.

Engagements require an upfront deposit or initial payment via Stripe to lock engineering schedule capacity. The final balance is due upon review approval and prior to live production DNS deployment.

Upon receipt of full payment, full ownership and licensing rights of custom source code, layouts, copy, and graphics transfer unencumbered to the client.

Underlying open-source components, frameworks, and packages (e.g., Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, Prisma) remain governed by their native open-source licenses (MIT/Apache).

We guarantee an optimized mobile experience scoring 95+ in Google Lighthouse (Core Web Vitals) in clean production environments upon deployment.

Every project includes a 30-day post-launch warranty period during which any bugs or defects attributable to our original code are addressed promptly at no additional fee.

Weyners Solutions is not liable for disruptions resulting from external infrastructure providers (third-party DNS downtime, hosting outages, or third-party API deprecations).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal proceedings shall be held exclusively in Toronto, Ontario courts.
